Before you build
  • Free monitors check every 3 minutes at best; 30-second checks are paid only.
  • Phone call and SMS alerts aren't on the free plan; each person who gets them needs a responder seat at $34/month ($29 yearly).
  • Past 10 monitors you pay for packs of 50 at $25/month, and each extra public status page costs $15/month.
  • Once your quota and pay-as-you-go budget run out, new errors are dropped and monitoring stops until the next billing cycle.
  • Spike protection, which keeps one error loop from eating your whole month's quota, is set per project; check it's on for every project.
  • The free Developer plan allows 1 user and 30 days of history; adding a cofounder means Team at $29/month.
  • Session replays past the included 50 are billed on top, starting at $3.75 per 1,000.
  • Each project takes up to 3,000 errors an hour; past that, new ones are refused until the next hour, so an error loop in a bad release can hide others.
  • It doesn't watch whether your site is up; it only sees errors from pages and requests that actually ran.
