Organization, team and account
Every Faundr project belongs to an organization. Members of an organization see all of its projects. If you work alone, the organization is just yours. If you have co-founders or a developer helping out, invite them to the same organization and everyone sees the same dashboard.
Switch organizations
At the bottom of the sidebar, above "Pin sidebar open", you'll find the current organization: its initial, its name and your role. Click it to:
- switch to another organization you belong to;
- see pending invites sent to you;
- go to Team or Settings;
- create a New organization.
The home page always shows the selected organization: its projects, its team and its settings.
Office
The Office (in the organization menu) shows your team as a 3D model, seen from above at an angle, in Faundr's black-and-white style. Drag to pan, right-click (or use two fingers on a phone) to rotate, use the mouse wheel or the buttons to zoom, Fit to view to see the whole model and Rotate view to look from another side.
- Rooms match your plan: 2 rooms, one per person (you get the first), each with desks for up to 4 agents, a couch and the decoration that person picked. A person appears seated at their desk while they're in the dashboard, and every so often walks to the kitchen for a coffee. The room of someone who's away from the dashboard and has no agent running has its floor dimmed; a room with no owner is an "Empty room".
- Anyone beyond the 2 rooms sits at the meeting table while they're in the dashboard (up to 6 people).
- Each open agent is a little robot at a desk in its person's room (up to 4 visible; the rest show up as "+N agents" in the room name). The computer screen and the robot show what it's doing: typing with code scrolling on screen (editing), terminal output scrolling (running a command), dots and a spinning crystal above its head (thinking), a raised hand with a ring on the floor and a Needs you label above it (waiting for someone), or a dark screen and lowered head (no news for 15 minutes).
- Every subagent an agent opens also becomes a robot in that person's room, right after the main agents, and leaves the office when it's done. Click one and the side panel shows what it's doing, with a View main agent button.
- The Faundr skill in use shows on a white strip at the top of the agent's screen (Design, Security, Quality, Tests, Errors, Team or Project) and next to its name when you hover over it.
- The team's workflow shows up in the office:
- Requests: the request box at the end of the hallway shows how many are waiting for someone (a stack of little boxes and "Requests · N"). When a request is delivered to an agent, a drone carries it from the box to that agent's desk.
- Workbench: an agent working on a separate workbench (a
mesa/…branch) has a small flag on its desk. - Same file: when two live agents in the same project touched the same file within the last hour, an arc connects the two robots with a Same file label (the same warning the agent gets before editing).
- At the top: how many people are in the dashboard, how many agents are open, how many subagents are working and how many need someone. The shortcuts (All, Your room, the other person's room, Meeting room, Kitchen) move the camera straight there.
- Click a person, a robot or a room to move the camera there. The side panel shows the details. For an agent: its status, the skill in use, the project, the computer, the branch (and whether it's a separate workbench), the same-file warning, the last request delivered to it, where that request stands and an Open in Now button that takes you to the project's Activity → Now. For a person: the tasks they picked up (
faundr claim) and the requests waiting on them. With nothing selected, the panel lists who's here and each person's agents.
Each person builds their figure in My account → Your avatar: body, hair, skin, hair and clothing colors, an accessory (glasses, headphones or a cap) and the room decoration (a big plant, a coffee maker, a rug or a painting). The preview shows the figure in 3D, just like in the Office, slowly turning (drag to rotate it). The figures are in color; the office is in grays.
The Office only loads the 3D scene when you open it, draws at most 30 frames per second and pauses when the tab is hidden. Measured with both rooms full (8 agents) and 6 people at the meeting table: 30 frames per second, with under 2 ms of work per frame. With "reduce motion" turned on in your system, nothing moves and the camera jumps straight to its target. Only organization members can see who's online.
Roles
Each person has a role in the organization. The role applies to all of its projects.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the organization and managing other owners. |
| Admin | Configures the organization, invites and removes people and deletes projects. |
| Member | Creates and edits projects and uses the plugin in their AI agent. |
| Viewer | Can only view projects. Can't change anything or use the plugin. |
The full table is in Team → Roles and permissions:
| Can | Owner | Admin | Member | Viewer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| View the organization's projects | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Create and rename projects | yes | yes | yes | no |
| Link the plugin and record sessions | yes | yes | yes | no |

Invite someone
- Open Team in the sidebar.
- Click Invite (only Owners and Admins see it).
- Enter the email and choose the role.
- Click send. The dialog shows whether the email went out and gives you the invite link, with a copy button.
If the email doesn't arrive (spam folder, wrong address), send the link over WhatsApp or Slack. It works the same way.
In the pending invites list, each invite's menu has Copy invite link, Resend email and Cancel invite.
Accept an invite
The link opens a page with the organization's name, who invited you and the role offered. If you don't have an account yet, the page asks for your name and a password. Click Accept and join. If you were already signed in with a different email, you'll see "Invite not found". Use Use a different email.
Invites also appear at the top of Projects, with Decline and Accept, and in the organization menu.
Change a role or remove someone
In Team, each member has their role in a dropdown (with an explanation of each role) and an options menu to remove them. You can also leave an organization from the same menu. There are two safeguards: the organization must keep at least one owner, and nobody can leave their only organization. Only an owner can remove another owner.
Organization settings
Settings has two tabs.
General
- Name: how the organization appears in the dashboard.
- Organization slug: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens (3 to 40 characters). It identifies the organization in links and in the plugin, and it must be unique.
- ID: the internal identifier, with a copy button (useful for support).
- Leave or delete: leave the organization, or delete it for good (owner only). Deleting asks you to type the organization slug to confirm and permanently deletes all of its projects too. Neither option works if this is your only organization, so create another one first.
Security
- Require two-factor authentication: the setting is saved, but sign-in doesn't enforce it yet (it's marked "Coming soon").
- Permissions: the same roles table as above.
Only Owners and Admins can change settings. Other roles can see the values but can't edit them.
My account
Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then My account. There you'll find:
- Profile: your name, email and the organizations you belong to, with your role in each.
- Security: change your password. Two-factor authentication appears, but it isn't available yet.
- Plugin token: the code that connects your AI agent to your account. See Installation and first project.
